Technical Support Specialist
To work with the Desk Side Support Group of the Help Desk Team
Performing technical troubleshooting. Maintenance, and setup of hardware
Provide second-level problem determination on problems reported by end-users
Assist end-users in resolving the problem by guiding end-users on possible solutions
Updates, tracks, and closes problems under his/her tower
Researching trends and patterns in the problems users ask about.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with good scholastic records
Required language(s): English, Filipino
With at least 6 months- 1 year hands-on technical support experience from IT Service industry (preferable).
Ability to impart technical knowledge to end-user.
Possess excellent customer relations and negotiation skills.
Willing to render occasional overtime work/work on weekends.
Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
